A 4" x 4" color photo of Florence Tinch handing a uniform to James "Jim Brown" Wilson at VITA Foods in Chestertown, Maryland. Florence Tinch, dressed in uniform, stands amidst piles of packaged uniforms and smiles as she hands one to James Wilson. James Wilson looks at the camera as he takes the package from her. The men's uniform was a green shirt and green pants, short sleeve shirt for the warmer months and long sleeve for the winter months. Just as the women, most likely the uniform cost was deducted from their payroll check. The men could get away with not having their badges visible. February 1969
