Description The Tri-State Debutante Cotillion (2008) was sponsored by the Improved Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the World. Young ladies as debutantes and their escorts are presented to the world eligible partners, aspiring college students, and the next generation of accomplished youth.  The three states represented are Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia. By the 2000s, the programs of these balls featured sponsorship advertisements and well-wish greetings to debutantes by their supporters. Date Created2008
