Description Senior Photo of John R. Brooks, 1960. John graduated from Garnet High School in Chestertown, MD in 1960. Garnet was the all-black school for the area until Kent County fully integrated its schools in 1969. John would go on to work on the line at the Chrysler manufacturing plant in Newark, DE while still residing in Coleman, MD. He is the son of John and Dorothy Brooks of Coleman.
