Indenture regarding property in Chestertown including slaves left by William Timbrell to his daughter Sarah, wife of Joseph Price in his will. There are directions for the sale for the benefit of or use by certain individuals. The slaves and "mulattoes" listed are Tom, Cain, Old Hatey, Levi, Fisby, Hannah, Sarah, Gift, Philip, Tonkins, Lammy, Billy, Will, Gibbs, Hazard, Sam, Jack, Joan Little, Henrietta, and Mary.
