A brief history of the Kent and Queen Anne's Hospital Auxiliary's first four presidents and some of their accomplishments.

A news Letter

[?] April, 1959, mrs Delia Caulk called [torn corner]
group of women Together and organized the
Kent and queen Anne’s Hospital Auxiliary
2 unit, no. 2 with the purpose of Guiding
the hospital in every way they could. 
She was elected the first president and
maintained this office for two years
mrs Grace maywell gave her assistance
in every way she could. [?] and
assisting in every effort. During mrs Caulk’s 
reign. A bed high. A dozen pichers and a 
sterille stainless Steel utility table
was presented to the Hospital.
Then Mrs Ruth was elected as the second
president, a position she held for Two yeasr
two cribs and a cubickle screaning were 
purchased.
Mrs Emma [?] became the Third 
president, she remained at the hel for the 
next two years. Serving her term of office. A 
Thousand dollars was pledged for the
Hospital marchmuch of which was raised and
to the hospital

mrs. Edna miller
was elected to became a fourth president
and the $400 of the $1,000 pledge was paid
for this achievement a plaque will be placed
near ta dorr of a room in the new wing of
the hospital.
The group in looking forward to raising 
the necessary amount for purchasing of much 
bowls and Trays in the
