Letter regarding an enslaved woman Hannah who belonged to the Charles Tilden estate but is now living with Frederick Frazier, who hired her from John W. Walker. Blake knows that Hannah was not sold and doesn't want the Fraziers to know it was them that has informed Wickes of this. Blake wants Wickes to look into this for the Tilden estate while he negotiates a rate for the hire of enslaved man Jim from Walker.
