Washington College's Track and Field event, Norris Commodore, class of 1973 hurls the shot. A Chestertown local he played soccer at WAC as well setting a school record in shot put on the track team. His Junior year he interned with a computer company in Harrisburg, PA and thus his career as a system engineer began. Graduating with a degree in Math he went on to a long career at IBM. He is still active with his alma mater serving even on the Board of Visitors and Governors. Photograph by Chuck Engstrom.
