Charles "Tank" Duckett, #12, class of 1990. The Washington College team finished 3rd in the NCAA Division II for 1989-1990. Duckett graduated with a degree in business and began working within the educational systems in Baltimore and Annapolis focusing on African American youth, focusing his efforts on diversity, civil rights, and leadership. He is the president of Charles R. Duckett and Associates but is more than happy to come back and play some alumni games.
