A color photo of the Community Commitment Mural propped against a table in Fountain Park during the We Stand: Day of Agreement on June 19th, 2020 in Chestertown, Maryland. The event was hosted by the Black Union of Kent County, Maryland, and was organized largely by John Queen, an African-American community leader. The Community Commitment Mural was coordinated by Raven Bishop in conjunction with Chestertown RivertArts. Community members' signatures on the mural signify their commitment to anti-racist work in Kent County and beyond. The finished mural was displayed at Chestertown RiverArts and will eventually be hung in John Queen's office. The mural features the statement "We stand against oppression. We stand against injustice. We stand against racism." surrounded by varicolored signatures of community members.  June 19 2020
