A VHS tape recording of a march in Chestertown, Maryland against drug abuse. The video begins with community members preparing and organizing their demonstration. They then begin to march through town singing, holding signs and chanting. A man with a bullhorn leads their chants. The community members then gather in Fountain Park where a few people make speeches about drug abuse and police mismanagement of drug abuse. The tape then cuts to a recording of a play demonstrating the effects that drugs can have on lives. August 31 1991
