Ticket issued to Thomas Medford Elbourn for reckless driving. Note indicates that Grover C. Hubbard paid a one hundred dollar bond for the appeal of this ticket. This ticket was most likely issued during the incident at Bud’s Restaurant and Elbourn using his car to try and hit Charles Wright. March 3 1962
