The photocopy shows the final will and testament of Isaac Freeman. The document spans five pages and bequeaths land, property, and enslaved people to his children and grandchildren. He grants his current plantation to his son Isaac Freeman Jr., his deceased father's plantation to second son Jacob Freeman, and other tracts to his daughter Martha Freeman. The siblings, daughter in law of his deceased son, Edward, and grandchildren receive various other tracts of land and personal possessions. He also bequeaths sixteen slaves to his children and grandchildren. The names of the enslaved are Clem, Ned, Jack, Peregrin, Abraham, Daphney, Warwick, Hester, Poland, Eady, Sall, Harriet, Nan, Rose, Pole Jones, and Bet.  December 3 1795
