The photocopy includes the final will and testament of William Pearce. The document spans eight pages and dictates the spreading of land, possessions, and enslaved people to his children and grandchildren. His children and grandchildren are the recipients of his various landholdings, split in favor of his son and specific grandchildren. Two enslaved people are listed by name, whom are Hagor and Rose. There appear to be at least two other enslaved peoples mentioned but not named. March 5 1720
