A hardcover copy of the "Falcon," the 1971 Galena High School yearbook. The yearbook is a total of ninety six pages and contains a short written history of the school, student portraits, faculty, clubs, sports teams, and various school events from the 1970-71 school year. The yearbook also contains personal messages written to Sheila Lomax, the original owner of the yearbook.
Galena High School began in 1921 as a wooden building. The brick building was constructed in 1949. In 1971, the high school consolidated into Kent County High, and the building became Galena Middle School. Today (as of 2021), the building is known as Galena Elementary School. 1971
