Letter from the Committee of Public Health scrapbook from Deputy State Health Officer, Dr. R. G. Beachley to the Grading Committee regarding the examinations given to school children. Every child has a physical examination and African American students are given blood tests, and tuberculin test for the high school students. This letter is part of the contest report.
